What is the best castle of Japan?


Most answer "Himeji", and that's true. But with 90 minute local train rides from Himeji and 700-meter mountain hiking, you can see another best Castle ruins of Japan.

Takeda Station. 16th stop, appox. 90 minutes, local train ride from Himeji Station, with 1 transfer at Teramae Station, 12nd stop from Himeji. Only local trains run on JR Bantan Line. The one-way fare is 1110yen 

So, what's special about this castle? Why is it "the best"? Here is the answer.



You will feel as if you were at the moving castle in the sky. But you have to be a good car driver, extremely fotunate and wake up early. I took the photo at 6AM.
