My first day in Japan!

November 8, 2013 - My first day in Japan!
With a big smile on my face, I started my first day in Japan! I was nervous and curious about what's gonna happen during the next ten days.
After a small breakfast (salad, eggs, bread and tea), I walked to the nearest train station, to catch the Yamanote Line, which I used to drive a circle around Tokyo, to get a first impression of the different locations and areas of this big city.
In the afternoon, I went to the Government Building in Sihnjuku, where I had a breathtaking view over the Japanese Capital.
I then enjoyed a free guided tour through Asakusa in German, with two very nice guides and a German couple, who was also travelling through Japan at the time.
At 4 o'clock in the afternoon, I took the shuttle bus to the Sky Tree, where I could see the whole area at night. The view is unique and something I will never forget!
I ended the first day with a nice girl from Hong Kong, who came to Japan mostly for shopping reasons, with a nice Sushi dinner in small Japanese fish restaurant.
