Bus schedule from kagoshima to chiran

Hi, i'm planning to visit Chiran from Kagoshima... and i have read that Kagoshima Kotsu operates a bus from across the street from Kagoshima Chuo Station at stop no. 16 East, from Kagoshima to Chiran.

Does anyone know the bus departure times in the afternoon? As i am afraid i might miss it because it only comes hourly.
