Parking near Tokyo Big Sight?

I would like to go to Comiket at Tokyo Big Sight this summer and I was wondering how likely it is that I will be able to find a temporary parking space where I can park for three days. Would I be able to find a spot within a 20 minute subway ride, and how much would it cost?
Also is it legal to sleep in the car

I was about to recommend staying at Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel, as they have parking for staying guests, but I guess you don't want to pay for any accommodation...
