Getting to Kawachi Fuji Gardens in Kitakyushu

Hello, I am wanting to go to the Kawachi Fuji Garden, this spring, Probably on either April 24th, or May 5th. http://www.land8.net/blog/2012/07/04/wisteria-tunnel-at-the-kawachi-fu...I have figured out the location from a previous post, and it appears to be about 5 kilometers south of Space World in a fairly inaccessible valley by a lake. (no Train of Bus Stops) It is about 500 meters from the village of Kawachi, if there is a bus that goes there. https://maps.google.com/maps?q=%E6%B2%B3%E5%86%85%E8%97%A4%E5%9C%92&hl...I have figured out that it is a private garden, and that it may be on a private garden bus tour of Kitakyushu. I have found a reference to a Nishitetsu Ticket pack for a Kurume ''Flowers and Art Museum'' tour, but I am not sure if this tour goes to the Kawachi Fuji Garden. http://www.nishitetsu.co.jp/train/kippura/global/english/ticket/i_kuru...Does this tour go there? If not, can anyone point me to how I can get tickets to the bus tour that will go to Kawachi Fuji Gardens? Do I just pay for a Taxi? If so, how much? And how do I get back?

Thank You, PE10, for your prompt response.
This is looking like a good afternoon trip, if I also include the Ajisai-no-yu Onsen in the visit. I will be staying in Hakata, and can take the JR Kagoshima line Rapid Service train to Yahata Station (1080 yen). I will then wait for a shuttle bus to Ajisai-no-yu Onsen. I can then walk to the Gardens, and then return to the Onsen before returning to Hakata.
I was planning to be in Kitakyushu on May 5th to board an overnight ferry bound for Osaka that evening, This seems like a great use of that afternoon. My other time would have been on April 24th, which is my first full day in Japan, which I consider a Jet-lag day.
When I go will probably depend on how jet-lagged I feel when I arrive.
Thank You.
