Is there a bus from Osaka to Yoshinoyama?

I plan to be in Yoshinoyama in mid April and understand that there is a Kinetsu Limited Express train from Abenobashi to Yoshino. However, this train will mostly be full and needs advance reservation.
Is there anyway I n make reservation from overseas online?
If not is there any bus from Osaka to Yoshino?

Is there anyway I n make reservation from overseas online?Kintetsu has an online reservation service in Japanese, however, in addition to Japanese language skills it requires a Japanese address and possibly a Japan issued credit card: http://www.ticket.kintetsu.co.jp/M/MZZ/MZZ20.do?op=pDisplayServiceMenuIf not is there any bus from Osaka to Yoshino?I don't think so. But there are lots of slower trains that do not require seat reservations.
