Naha monorail with luggage

Will arrive Naha in June with 1 suitcase each. Our hotel is very close to the monorail but we are 2 girls and wonder how easy is it to travel with luggage on the monorail from the airport and whether there are lifts at each station or would we have to walk up/down stairs ?
