In case you actually mean Kawaguchi, the city in Saitama, take the Shonan-Shinjuku Line all the way to Akabane and then hop onto the Keihin-Tohoku Line for the short remainder of the journey. Or take the Shinkansen and Keihin-Tohoku Line via Tokyo Station: http://www.hyperdia.com/If you mean Kawaguchiko in the Fuji Five Lake region, I am afraid it cannot be done, because Kawaguchiko is not served by JR. The best way to get there from Odawara with a Japan Rail Pass is to take JR Tokaido and Gotemva Line to Gotemba via Numazu and then take the Fujikyu bus from there to Kawaguchiko. In case you spend some time in Hakone before going to Kawaguchiko, it will be better to exit Hakone through Gotemba rather than to travel via Odawara: http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e6905.html?aFROM=5200_6900
