Where to buy N'EX tickets after 22:00?

I arrive at 20:30 in Narita 2. I learned that the JR East office at Narita 2 closes at 20:00 daily. Is there any other office I can go to around 21:30 (after I go through immigration & customs) to buy an N'Ex & make it to the last train that leaves Narita for Tokyo?

The JR ticket office at Narita Airport Station is open until 21:45. The last Narita Express of the day leaves at 21:44.
