Tokyo cherry blossom illumination? 2013/3/25 20:12
Hi all,

I will be in Tokyo later this week for a few days and was wondering if any shrines/temples etc have any sakura light up events? They must look beautiful at night :)

Many thanks,

Rich

Many parks are lit up:

Among Tokyo's shrines and temples, I think only Yasukuni Shrine is illuminated for hanami activities.

Some of Tokyo's other temples and shrines are lit up everyday of the year, such as Sensoji Temple, but they do not tend to be cherry blossom spots.
