Sakura at Mount Takao summit and Itchodaira

A few days ago, Schauwecker did his last report on Tokyo area. He said that the sakura at Mount Takao Summit and Itchodaira are still in early state. ( http://www.japan-guide.com/blog/sakura13/130401_tokyo.html ) Does anyone know if they have opened yet? I only have 6 days left in Tokyo, and I don't want to go all the way to the Takao summit for nothing. :)
