Hi
Please help, I will be traveling from shinjuku to sendai by shinkansen and need a sub train to Izumi-chuo.
Does my JR east pass cover the sub-train?

It does not cover the Sendai subway, but it covers the JR Senseki Line, which travels underground.
Izumi-Chuo is along the Sendai Subway, so it is NOT covered.
