If you travel with a JR pass, probably the best way is to take a Nambu Line train to Kawasaki then a Keihin-Tohoku Line train to Sakuragicho. It takes about 50 minutes.
At a nearby bus stop of Akai Kutsu Bus (M1 / C1), buses on Minatomirai Route (M) and Chinatown Motomachi Route (C) are available.
You can also get to a station on Minatomirai Line taking two trains with a simple transfer in Musashi-kosugi.
It takes about 45 to 60 minutes to get to Shin-takashima Station. The rail fares are 390 yen in total.
At a nearby bus stop (M15) of Akai Kutsu Bus, buses on Minatomirai Route (M) are available.
Bus stops "Exhibition Hall" (M17) and "Pacifico Yokohama" (M18) are good for Minato Mirai 21 area.
You can change bus routes at Bus stop "Aka Renga Soko" (M10 / C5).
(If you have enough time you can also visit Red Brick Warehouse.)
Then you can get to Bus stop "Yamashita Park-mae" (C13).
