Wisteria at Ashikaga Flower Park on May 24th? 2013/5/13 23:59
Hi,
I plan to visit Ashikaga flower park on May 24th, 2013.
But I'm not sure that it is too late to see wisteria or fuji flower ? What kind of flower that we can see on May 24th?
How does it cost for entrance fee ? Have any shuttle bus from Tomita to park ? How about cost for shuttle bus or taxi ?
Many thanks and best regards,
Petchakul

From their daily blog it seems like the wisteria are already gone, and that the yellow laburnum is now in bloom. It may also be beyond the peak by the 24th. You can see the blog here:

How does it cost for entrance fee ?

They have one of the strangest entrance fee systems of any tourist site in Japan. It seems impossible to find out the exact fee for May 24, except that it will be between 500 and 1200 yen.

Have any shuttle bus from Tomita to park ?

No. It is only a 10-15 minute walk.

How about cost for shuttle bus or taxi ?

Access is explained here:

The shuttle bus from Ashikaga-shi Station operates until May 19.
