JR Pass voucher forgotten

Hello,
I forgot my JR Pass voucher at home and found it out only at the airport (Moscow). I made a PDF copy of the voucher just in case and have it with me currently. Do you know if it's possible to show PDF copy at Narita and exchange it to JR pass? Thanks in advance.

No it wont be. I nearly did the same but realised on the way to the airport & managed to get a replacement. You should contact the place where you bought the pass from & they should be able to express mail a replacement to your hotel
