CAN bus and Mie Kotsu

Hi,
I just want to know if these two are the same buses? I'm a bit confused.
I'm planning to buy Kintetsu pass wide, and the pass covers mie kotsu buses. However, if it's not the same, I was thinking to buy Kintetsu pass and 2 days ise michikusa ticket instead.

CAN bus is the name of a bus line, which is operated by Mie Kotsu, which is the name of a bus company. So, the CAN bus should be covered.
