Hi,

I'll be in Tokyo the morning of 15 July. Looking at that date I realized that it may be Obon (unsure whether Tokyo is July or August Obon)
and it should be Umi no Hi.

As Tsukiji is said to be closed on public holidays, does this mean that the restaurants are closed on 15 July? Or is it only the inner market that is closed? I am aiming for some early morning fish eating.

Tsukiji Market is closed on July 15 because it is a public holiday. Here is the opening market's calendar:
