How to get from Nagoya to Yokohama

Hi,

I'll be staying at Hotel Wing International Nagoya, Naka-ku Nishiki 1-4-11 , before heading to Yokohama the following day.

I'll have a JR pass so I'm wondering what the best way would be from that hotel to the Daiwa Roynet Hotel Yokohama Kannai Naka-ku, Hagoromo 2-7-4. It's supposed to be near the Yokohama station.

Any help would be appreciated.

Take the Tokaido Shinkansen from Nagoya to Shin-Yokohama and then the subway line from Shin-Yukohama to Kannai Station which is a short walk from the hotel.

Shin-Yokohama to Kannai with JR pass:
Shin-Yokohama--(Yokohama line, 9min)--Higashi-Kanagawa --(Keihin-Tohoku line, 7min)--Kannai

Yokohama line and Kehin-Touhoku line are JR, so you can ride without paying extra.
