What is the best pass to buy 2013/6/12 20:15
June 27 we are going to Ghibli Museum in MITAKA ,then proceed to see Mt Fuji ,Kawaguchicko to enjoy the lake cruise and ride the ropeway ,after that by 7 pm back to Tokyo and stay near Tsukiji hotel for June 28 early. AM. to see the fish auction and enjoy the remaining days in Akihabara ,then back to Raddison hotel Narita for departure on the 29 of June PLEASE give us the advise what pass to buy .Is it the JR Kanto pass or Suica/NE'Ex pass ? WHich is better I am so confused. Thanks a million for your response ! MJ

I think you are mixing up Lake Kawaguchiko and Lake Ashi in Hakone.

NEX Suica is always nice if riding NEX train to/from NRT airport. But you can buy it only at NRT Airport.

There is also a lake cruise and ropeway at Lake Kawaguchiko.

In case you actually mean Kawaguchiko, I recommend to simply buy regular tickets for the bus there and back. Access is explained here:

In case you mean Hakone, I recommend the Hakone Free Pass:

A Suica&NEX package makes sense if you arrive at Narita Airport and the Narita Express is a convenient way to get to your hotel. The Suica card can then be used to go to Mitaka just outside central Tokyo.
