Shinjuku Washington Hotel to Haneda

I have an early mornning flight at 06:30 to catch back to Singapore. Im staying at Shinjuku Washington Hotel - May I know what is the best and cheapest way to get to the airport? i understand that taxi is an expensive option.

Seems like 5:33am is the earliest arrival at Terminal 1 (not sure which one you'll be using). I don't know if that's enough time for you.

Check your tickets to see how much time before departure you need to be at the gate. My Emirates ticket recommends arriving at least 90 minutes before departure. Considering you have to check-in, go through security and get to your gate, 30 minutes doesn't seem quite enough.

Last time I had this problem (flight from Haneda at 6:25am) I took the last train the previous day. The most obvious downside to this was the wait (6+ hours at the airport before departure) but obviously I didn't miss my flight.
