Shinagawa Prince Hotel and Luggage

Hi

We will be staying at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel in Tokyo and using the luggage delivery system.

Firstly do I need to notify them that I will be sending my luggage?

Also, I must check out in the morning but will not be leaving Tokyo until around 5pm. Will the hotel hold my luggage?

You don't need to let the hotel know because they will have your reservation. They can match you name in the system.

When you check out, the hotel will hold your luggage. Bring it down to concierge and they will tag your bag. Just let them know what time you'll be collecting your bags.
