You can get there by the airport bus that connects the airport with the Asahikawa Station area, where your hotel is located. Buses depart timed with flight arrivals. The one way ride takes 35 minutes and costs 570 yen. A taxi ride would cost around 5000 yen.
Note that your hotels's correct name is Fujita Kanko Washington Hotel Asahikawa.
