1) Can I use the Kansai Through Pass on the Kintetsu Nara Line to travel from Namba station to Nara Park?
2) Can I also use this pass on any bus in Nara area or Kyoto area?

Yes. But the surcharge for limited express trains is not covered.
Can I also use this pass on any bus in Nara area or Kyoto area?
No. Buses in Nara are not covered, at all. In Kyoto, most buses are covered with some exceptions (e.g. JR bus).
