I've heard there are security guards at the beach, so I'm guessing it's a pretty subdued scene there, but are you allowed to hang out all night?

beach not closed just patrol for keeping clean
especailly as handheld fireworks,BBQ,swimmer,drunk,fight and more park rule break blocked :D
