We will arrive by cruise ship to the Kobe terminal. I assume I need to use the Kobe Port liner to get to the city. Is that ticket included in the cost of the 1- day pass? Can I buy the day pass near the cruise terminal?

You need to ride Port Liner 4 times a day(200yen per ride). 1 Day Pass is 700yen.
