Our plan is
20/9 from New Chitose Airport to Toya Lake through Express Way
21/9 from Toya to Noboribetsu
22/9 from Noboribetsu to Sapporo , Ainu Village on the way
23/9 Otaru - stay in Sapporo
24/9 travel in Sapporo
I heard that few days ago the bus can't drive up to mountains in Noboribetsu due to raining .September rain is more than July and our hotel is in the mountain area,is it safe to drive to hotel area in Noboribetsu ourselves? We plan to use a car in Toya and Noboribetsu only.
Thank you for your advice.

It is indeed difficult to say with the unpredictable weather these days. We drove around Noboribetsu and Toya-ko during Oct and it was fine, no problem at all.
