I plan to visit Jigokudani Monkey Park around 27th of Nov 2013. Will there be snow by then?

It usually starts snowing towards late November, but snow is not yet guaranteed. In some years there can be already a lot of snow. In others there is no snow yet.

We visited the place 2 times, both in late November. The first time, a few years ago, the whole areas was covered by snow. However ,last year, it was not as expected, we could hardly see any snow at all.
