Hi,

tomorrow I am going to go to Kanazawa, actually only planning to sea teahouses area, Kenrokuen and samurai district.

I am planning next day from Kanazawa go to Kurobe Gorge, is it possible to do in one day and come back to Kanazawa?

Yes, it is easily possible in a day. It takes only two hours one way to travel from Kanazawa to Unazuki Onsen at the entrance to the gorge:
