Bus New Chitose - Niseko early November?

I arrive at Chitose airport on 1 November 2013 and then need to get to Niseko. I'm not keen on catching the train to Kutchan and would prefer to catch a bus straight from the airport. Does anyone know if the buses run this route early November even though it's before the snow season starts? And if so which bus companies? I've had a look around but can't find dates anywhere :/
