I'm planning a trip to the Minakami on mid November. Can anyone advise me
I'm planning a trip to the Alpine Route on the 20th November. Can anyone advise on the weather there in November and if the hiking trails will remain open for visitors

By Advise, I assume you mean how to get there.
I'm planning on making the trip to Minakami in November as well.
Ok, so assuming you are coming from Tokyo -
If You have a JR Pass You can take the Joetsu Shinkansen to Jomo Kogen Station at least once per hour. Cost 5500Yen, Time 75 Minutes, then transfer to a bus for Minakami Station (25 minutes, 600 yen) or another destination in the Minakami area.
Otherwise you can take the JR Takasaki Line to Takasaki and then The JR Joetsu Line to Minakami.
As for transport there, I would suggest looking up bus timetables or the Hyperdia website would also be helpful.
As for the Alpine route, Im uncertain as I know that often some of the tracks are closed in early November
