If taxi can park in front of kiyomizudera

I want to go to kiyomizu dera with my mom. she is 68 and has legs problems. I saw google map and saw the road that is Parallel with the shopping road and saw a parking lot near the front of the temple.

if taxi can drive to the front of the temple or not?

Yes, I have seen taxi's drop off there before. You will probably need to be very specific with the driver though, because it is not the regular drop off point. From there the temple entrance looks to be wheelchair accessible, via a sort of roundabout path (check google streetview).

My understanding is that if you hire a wheelchair taxi, they are pre-registered and get you further into the complex.
