Can someone recommend a hotel which is close to BLUE RESISTANCE (http://blueresistance.com/access) in Ishinomaki.
I want to walk from hotel to there.

I saw the link but it is only Japanese Language T^T

The uniquely named "Value The Hotel Ishinomaki" can be booked via Booking.com and is located about a 20-30 minute walk from the BLUE RESISTANCE:

I cannot any other hotel that can be reserved in English.

Note that even if you stay near the JR station, distance is not that great. It is just over 10 min walk from the rail station to Mangattan Museum across the river.
