Rental is by internet or phone. They don't seem to list an email address anywhere.

Its very unlikely but you may want to try calling them to see.

If you need english rental then you'll have to use a different service such as Toyota, or a middle man service like Toocoo or Japan Experience. Note that the nearest toyota rentacar centers are further out from Kirishima.
