Does anyone know, is it possible to walk to Aomi island? Or can it only be accessed on the Rinkai/TWART?

Or can it only be accessed on the Rinkai/TWART?Aomi is on the Yurikamome Line. Its not directly on the Rinkai Line but it is close to Tokyo Teleport Station. http://goo.gl/maps/iFZgI
