Can anyone suggest how the weather is in Jozankei Onsen in February? How is the road condition? Will it be to slippery for the bus to drive from Sapporo to the onsen. Thank you (Jin)

It is the middle of winter. Lots of snow.
How is the road condition?
Depends on the day, but the roads are often covered in snow. Sometimes ice.
Will it be to slippery for the bus to drive from Sapporo to the onsen.
