No Twinkle bus in Furano&Biei running in Nov?

Our trip will be in next 7 day in Hokkaido and we plan to go to Furano Biei areas for sight seeing. Looks like they have no Twinkle bus services running at this time of the year. If we don't rent a car how can we do this trip then?
