Wheelchair to Huis Ten Bosch Jr station 2013/11/3 17:40
I am a wheelchair user and will travel alone to Japan in Mar 2014. Somebody show me a picture that Huis Ten Bosch station only has stairs, no lift and difficult for a wheelchair user who travel alone.

Just would like to have a confirm / update is there any lift built in the station ?

thank you so much.

JR Huis Ten Bosch is "barrier-free":

The pdf document claims that there is an elevator, wheelchair accessible toilet, stairs that can be used with a wheelchair. But the map of the station does not support all these claims:

Still, I feel that the station is well equipped for wheelchair users.

A lift to the platforms was added fairly recently, which is probably why the station diagram has not yet been updated.

I went to Huis Ten Bosch this Feb. I can confirm that there is an elevator. I used it and it was a good elevator:-). You'll have no problem accessing from your train to Huis Ten Bosch. I really enjoyed this place. I hope you do you.
