Staying in Nara, want to see Osaka and Kyoto

We are arriving to Kansai airport at 4:30 PM on November 21st. We are staying in Nara for till our flight back on Nov 26th at 11AM
1. The best way to get from Kansai to Nara
2. Can spend the evening of the arrival to see Osaka and than go to Nara on a late train
3. Does it make to buy a train pass, if we plan on spending two days in Nara and two days traveling from Nara to Kyoto
4. Is it possible to get from Nara to Kyoto to catch a 11 AM plane
where I can find detailed train schedule in english
