Osaka Kansi airport to Takamatsu

We are flying into Osaka international airport (Kansi )
We land at 1635 pm & wish to transfer to go to Takamatsu , what is the fastest way to go there ? Bus train Fly ?

Flying is not an option (no flights between Kansai and Takamatsu to my knowledge - they're only about 300 km apart).
If you don't mind sitting on a bus for 3 hours or so, it's the best option.
