Shizuoka one day pass

My friends and I study in Thailand. On late March, we plan to travel to Japan and visit Shizuoka for one day. We want to sightseeing around the city, to see Nihondaira tea garden with Mt.Fuji background and Shimizu Funakoshi-Zutsumi Park or other sakura park . So we want to know is there any one day bus pass in shizuoka city, where to buy and is it cover the railway.
