Where can I buy scallop in Sapporo ?

I be in Sapporo on 1st dec.may I know where can I buy fresh and dried scallop ? Any place you can recommend me to go for food that suit family with young kids that is cheap and good.

ESTA Hokuren( Hokkaido agriculture coop)green shop.
They have a lot of flesh food and seafood all the time.And they are very cheep.Many Sapporo citizen buying normaly.
