suica or pasmo card

can we use the suica card for tokyo-tokyu /minato mirai line from shibuya to yokohama chinatown?

"Suica" provide by JR-East for JR-East lines (include e-money for shopping).

"Pasmo" provide by non-JR groups(Private or Subways and more) for own lines(include bus lines).

But both cards valid both lines(covered all area) and re-charge possible(e-money part,too).

Both works so it depends on which machine you come across first.
