Is a direct bus from Asosan Nishi to Kurokawa without going back to Aso train station? Could someone provide the schedule (around 3:00 p.m.)? Thanks.

Yes, there are direct buses that stop at Aso Station along the way. The last departure of the day leaves Asosan Nishi at 14:16 and arrives in Kurokawa at 15:31. Here is the timetable in Japanese:
