Kurodake ropeway in winter

I'd like to know that can I take chair lift (Round trip) to Mt Kurodake Station7 in winter if i don't play skier or snowshoers? And what time is the last trip of Kurodake ropeway to the base, 3.30 pm or 4pm right?

Anybody can use the ropeway.
And what time is the last trip of Kurodake ropeway to the base, 3.30 pm or 4pm right?
16:00 from December 1 to January 5.
16:30 from February 7 to March 31.
The ropeway is not in service from January 6 to February 6.

Thank you very much for your answer. I plan to stayed in Sounkyo on 30th Jan 2014-31 Jan 2014. So at that time I can't take Kurodake ropeway and go up Mt Kurodake, right? Do you have any suggestion for other sight seeing rather than snow festival?
