No night train as direct
"night(high-way) bus" only but not long ride over 10hrs.
All night bus stop Kyoto ans Osaka.
Buu if you have JR-PASS
until JR Tokyo by Tohoku Shinkansen(about 90min) first
then take Sleeper train "Sunrise Seto/Izumo" until Himeji(near Osaka/not stop Kyoto/Osaka) from JR Tokyo stn.
or non JR-PASS holder book flight ticket
from Sendai AP[SDJ] to Kansai AP[KIX] by Peach(air line) cheaper than SDJ to Itami[ITM] by ANA or JAL.
