Haneda to Narita at late night

Hi,
I will fly from Seattle to Haneda airport next month. My flight arrives at 11pm. I have to go to Narita airport for my connecting flight to Ho Chi Minh City. This flight departs at 9am the next day.

Is there any way I can get to Narita airport at this late hour ( 11pm) ?
Or anyway I can go in the next morning to check in on time for my flight in Narita at 9am ?
I am considering the limousine bus but I'm afraid it will not get me to Narita in time.

Can anyone tell me if my baggage automatically transfer to Narita or I have to check out and check in again ?

Try Hyperdia.com for train schedules. I don't think limo bus will work for you. Assuming you can reach the Haneda train station by 23:55, you can go into downtown Tokyo, then leave for Narita early in the morning. Look into spending a few hours in an internet cafe, manga cafe, or something like that.
