Is there any big coin locker at Yamadera Station? I want to drop by Yamadera and leave my baggage at the station in the morning before going to Ginzan Onsen.

Yes, there are 12 large sized coin lockers at the station. Furthermore, several souvenir shops in the area offer luggage storage:
