Recommended Gasshozukuri in Shirakawago ?

Hi,
I've searched about Shirakawago gasshozukuri
from :

From the first address, there's magoemon, kanja, Shimizu, etc
and from the second address there's juemon, shirayumisou, kidoya, etc

I'd like to know the difference between this two, about the location, breakfast, and the dinner served.

Can I get any recommendations, which is good ? in term of dinner, breakfast, and lodging ?

Anyone had any experience in any of those ?

I can't comment on the other ones, but I'm guessing they aren't that different.

We stayed at Maguemon and it was great.

Best thing is that you eat around the irori, and the some of the food is cooked over the fire. This is not the case with some (?most?) of the other places, as far as I was able to make out.

I also recommend the Magoemon. I think it is the largest gassho zukuri minshuku, and therefore impressive. Very nice inside. And the dinner room around the irori is very nice. The staff is friendly.

But all the minshuku have very simple rooms only. And similarly good, local meals. Shared toilets and bathrooms. Don't expect any hotel-style amenities and services.
