Pocchari maid cafe & mother cafe?

I am looking for two theme cafes in Tokyo that I have heard about.

First is a maid cafe with pocchari (plus-sized) maids.

The second one is a cafe where the staff is older that usually in maid cafes and will act motherly and give parental advice such as reminding customers to sit properly at the table and so on.

Can anyone remember the names of these places and how could I find them? I tried google search but with not much luck. My first guess is in Akihabara, but I could be wrong.

Pocha cafe is named Pomeranian(??) in Akihabara. Above is a map to the place.

But it is not open every day, according their official blog. Next open is like Feb 1st next year if I read it correctly.

When would the maid cafe Pomeranian be open in 2015?

Both of these blogs seem to be current...
It seems to be occasional meetup group.
The next meetup would be December 30th apparently. It's at a venue called Seventh Heaven on Saturdays once or twice monthly.

Also, the mother cafe seems to be called アメリカ村ママカフェ America-Mura Mom Cafe but I cant find any info on the location...
