Hi, I will be leaving Sapporo at 3rd of February,

can i see the construction of the sculpture before i leave?

is it available in odori park or susukino?

Yes, you should be able to observe the construction works of the large snow sculptures along Odori Park and the smaller ice sculptures in Susukino as shown in the following report from 2012:
